Dec. 23, 2015 Good morning Bob, Just wanted to give you a little update on Junior, He is doing great; a few milestones: • Carried the paper in from the street at 6 weeks and 5 days old! • Began going out the doggie door to do his business at 7 weeks old. • My Daughter teaches 9 severe and profound handicapped children in Dublin, Ohio in grades kindergarten - 4th Grade, diagnosed with Down syndrome, MS, high anxiety, and other physical challenges. She asked if I could bring Junior in to visit the kids for a little Christmas celebration. 1. He was only 8 weeks old and you could not believe how those kids responded to him and how he responded to them. Even with motor skill challenges, they could pet Junior very calmly. One young boy had to sit on his hands to control himself but Junior crawled up on his lap for more loving. Junior would wine when the kids had to go back into their classroom. 2. We are convinced that Junior and his siblings will make excellent therapy dogs with very little training. He really responds to kids in a very calm way at just 8 weeks old. • We have been in Ohio at the farm for 10 days enjoying some warmer than normal weather. Junior gets his exercise following the John Deere Gator, but keeps his distance from the tires! He has not ventured into the pond yet, but if it stays warm, maybe he will give it a try. Hi Dr. Bob,
Bobby is nearly 6 Months old now, and at times. I find it a little difficult to believe that he's not part boy. What amazes me is how he and the Newfoundland have bonded. They truly are best friends. When it's sleeping and eating time, though. that's another matter: He depends on me for his Puppy Chow and sleeps by me during the night. I have never had to scold him or would even want to do that. His chewing is minimal, and is a perfect puppy. He's a heavy load and I'll let you know how much he weighs when he goes for his next shots. In all, I am immensely proud to be his owner and thank you for your contributions. Please let me know when his sister is born.

Finn" is doing great! We love him so much. He is already so smart and everyone,... family, friends, neighbors and strangers just LOVE him! He is doing amazing with potty training and is eating like a champ. His big brother, Riley, our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and Sophie, our cat, are still getting used to sharing their domain with the new kid, but they are coming around.He really is an awesome little guy and the perfect addition to our family. We feel very blessed to have him. Thanks again for such a sweet little pup. Merry Christmas to you and your wonderful family!
Did I send you the picture from his first vet visit? He was so relaxed that he fell asleep on the floor and stayed asleep during the exam (until the shots of course). It was like he had been sedated, but he was just tired. The doctor was pretty amused. :) Cindy V. at Key West, FL

Our puppy, Rakija turned 6 months yesterday and we could not be happier with her. She is very sweet and has lots of energy. We went to an event today called Puppies in the Pool, here in Tallahassee, and we and another couple kept looking at each other's dogs. We finally approached each other and discovered we both got our puppies from you. Hans was from Lil Babe and Macho Man's litter born right before Babe and Big Mike's litter. They played together. I am attaching a couple pictures so you can see them. Hope all is well with you and your wife.

Actually, I have a cute video of Finn pulling Riley around on his leash in our backyard. We thought he was brilliant to think of picking up the leash and leading a dog twice his size. If I can figure out how to resize it, I will send it. In the meantime, I am attaching a picture of that day and a few more

Hi, Dr. Bob my name is Libba Lovell; my Mom, Helen, and I just wanted to update you on the sweet little girl that we adopted a few weeks ago! We were the family from Birmingham, Alabama. We named her "Penny" for her beautiful red coat.
She's very social getting along great with our dachshund, Daisy and loves to play with our cousin's Golden Retriever "Captain" who lives right down the street. He is the same red that penny is.
Her potty training is moving along nicely and I taught her to sit. She is practically a pro:) When she is 6 months old we are planing to take her to an agility class to help strengthen our bond, so we are both very excited about that! She has the sweetest heart and a great personality.

I am so happy to have my Golden Retriever I got from you on June 1st, 2014. Clay is everything I dreamed my Golden would be and more! He is so smart, sweet, and handsome! Learning tricks has been so easy for him because he is so intelligent and willing to please. Thank you again for our wonderful Golden!

Hi Bob,
Sailor is doing amazing and has truly been a blessing for our family. She is so sweet and smart. Now 17 weeks and 22lb, she is fully potty trained, knows "sit, come, down, drop it, give kisses and stay". She has been to the beach several times and for several boat rides. She runs a little over a mile a day with me and I will be extending that over the next couple of months. Everyday when we let her out, we catch her laying on the top stair to our pool just hanging out. I took these videos and pictures today. Please excuse that part of our backyard is under construction. Thank you again for our sweet girl!
